The Heard Newman Team, the premier real estate group selling luxury and new construction properties in the Green Hills area, is looking for a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator!
We are looking for a hardworking, creative and self-motivated professional. The Marketing and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Director in the implementation of strategies designed to hit 2021 sales goals as well as grow our brand recognition and reach within our target market.
Execute strategic marketing plans designed by Director of Marketing and Principle Agents. Bring to the table a full knowledge of current social media applications and opportunities and be excited to creatively leverage social media to support marketing efforts. Other marketing responsibilities will include monthly newsletters, weekly client communications, email campaigns and coordination with in-house Compass Marketing and Advertising on print advertisements and other promotions.
Manage the marketing budget by tracking team’s expenses and formulating monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the Director of Marketing via Quickbooks.
Support luxury real estate sales through non-licensed real estate activities such as client outreach projects, gifting, special event coordination and various out of office assignments.
Manage time between multiple responsibilities on a daily basis while meeting deadlines relating to longer term projects.
