Jonathan, a Nashville native, specializes in land use, redevelopment, and residential new construction.  He desires to improve his hometown through strategic partnerships with the premier developers in the area.  A graduate of both Furman and Samford Universities, he achieved a Masters Degree in Environmental Management with a focus in Sustainability.  As a recovering fly fishing guide, Jonathan spent many days in Colorado streams, learning the intricacies of developing solid client relationships and customer service.  He has learned to nurture relationships with clients and competitors alike, and lives by the idea that “a rising tide raises all ships.”

Haleigh Sport is the Heard Newman Team buyer’s specialist. Haleigh excels in a fast-paced, fierce environment and enjoys the thrill of finding creative solutions to achieve her client’s real estate goals. With her keen pulse on market inventory and commitment to service, she is dedicated to helping her clients secure their dream home in a competitive market. Olivia, a third generation Nashvillian, has witnessed first-hand the outstanding growth of Nashville. After earning a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she returned to her roots in Nashville to embark on a few design and management roles in the music industry before transitioning into the realm of real estate. In 2021, Olivia joined the Heard Newman Team, initially as a Marketing Coordinator, however, that role quickly grew into Marketing Director, Luxury Listing Coordinator, and licensed Realtor. With her creative background and eye for design, she works closely with the team's developers, builders, and homeowners to ensure every listing is presented and marketed at its highest potential.
